Hi

There is a spreadsheet which shows 2005/06 fees for overseas students at various UK universities/colleges which you can download from this page:
http://www.lse.u-net.com/FeeData.htm

But remember to consider other costs/income as well as the course fees.

Accommodation costs can vary quite a lot in different parts of the UK. To give you some idea about this, the table on this page shows average house prices by region:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/shared/spl/hi/in_depth/uk_house_prices/regions/html/regions.stm
Accommodation is generally more expensive in London and the south-east, and cheaper further north, but it can depend on the place.
The international student sections of the university/college websites will tell you more about the local costs, so check these.

If you are planning to work part-time you may find more opportunities in the cities (especially London) - it could be harder to find something if you are studying on a campus that is quite remote.

Remember that cheapest isn't always best and that you are investing a lot anyway if you come here.

League tables can give you some idea about which universities are strongest for which subjects - you should try to choose a course that is appropriate for your own level of ability. Don't pay too much attention to exact positions in the tables.

Some of the links on these pages of my site may help you:

Regards

Mark
