32 000 young people want to be Scouts but can't because there are not enough volunteers!
Volunteering for Scouts is also giving you a chance to improve your CV, boost your UCAS application - volunteering will increase your chances of employment.
You can choose so many things to do - starting with scuba diving, exciting expeditions and kayaking or you can also specialise in arts, music, technology and community projects! And no, scouting is NOT just for boys! :)
