Fancy a ĎPuntasticí night of drama, puppetry, fireworks and a huge bonfire? then come to the 24th annual Sticklepath Fireshow on Monday 5th November!

This yearís show is called Puntasia! and although the story is a closely guarded secret , we can tell you it ís well laden with more than our usual liberal sprinkling of humorous Ďpuníliners!

The show costs thousands of pounds to put on and involves many of the local community. Over 200 volunteers do all sorts from puppet and costume making, building and painting our elaborate set , to ensuring all our spectators are safely looked after on the night. We boast one of the best firework displays in the South West and have professional sound and lighting to enhance the amazing show. The whole thing culminates in a traditional fireworks display and bonfire where we see all our hard work go up in flames!

This event attracts spectators from far and wide and we guarantee our audience of up to 3000 that they will experience an evening that will totally amaze and enthral both young and old.

So make a date on Monday November 5th at the Finch Foundry Field, Sticklepath, near Okehampton, Devon. Gates open at 6 pm . The show begins at 7.30 pm so be Ďpuníctual !

Adult £6, children £2 (14 and under). Please note that children MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult or they will be charged the full price. Refreshments available. Limited parking in the village

The show is held on Finch Foundry Field in Sticklepath, Devon. Sticklepath is a small village so once you reach the village you canít miss the site! Sticklepath is on the old A30 approx 3 miles east of Okehampton, which itself is about a 20 minute drive from Exeter (westbound along the A30) or approx 20 mins from Launceston (eastbound along the A30).

There is only very limited parking in the village (free of charge) and you will be parked as much as a mile from the show site (or even further if you park on the street of neighbouring villages). The shuttle bus service (see below) also runs from the major car park at Reddaways Transport yard, via Ford Cross, to the site.

We offer a FREE shuttle bus service from Okehampton, that will drop you off opposite one of the 2 main gates (the service also runs back into Okehampton after the show). Parking is much easier in Okehampton so we encourage you, if driving to the show, to park in Okehampton & catch the bus. The buses stop outside Martin's (More) Newsagents in the centre of town and Giblands bus stop. The first bus will depart at 6.15pm and will run continuously until 7.15pm - but please donít leave it too late as they last bus if often full.

Donít worry about arriving early - thereís hot refreshments on site, or you could sample the hospitality of one of the local pubs before the show starts - although please note that alcohol, along with fireworks & sparklers, are NOT allowed on site.

Please note that we will only consider postponing the show if high winds makes it dangerous to light the fire or fireworks, so please dress for cold and wet weather - it is after all November the 5th!
