Are you considering cosmetic procedures? Planning plastic surgery? And from an ethnic background? TV company would like to hear from you.

Channel 4 are making a new documentary series looking at cultural ideas of beauty and we want to talk to people from Black, Asian and other ethnic groups who are considering cosmetic procedures or planning plastic surgery.
